As one of my first projects after turning freelance again, I had the opportunity to assist a tax consultancy firm in transitioning the regular license report genration they administered for a game publisher into a new system.
Main challenges that had to be overcome were the standardization of different reporting format, different game platforms, as well as managing currencies.
During this transition, I significantly contributed to capturing the contractual requirements as well as setting up the new reporting processes. Furthermore, I also assisted in maintaining the existing reporting processes until the transition was finally completed.
